Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your WhatsHelpGPT subscription at any time.

  • Self-Service: You can cancel your subscription directly from your account dashboard under the "Billing" or "Subscription" settings.
  • Effective Date: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). You will not be charged for the subsequent billing cycle.
  • Data Retention: Please note that after your billing cycle ends, you will lose access to premium AI features, and your chatbot services may be paused or downgraded to a free tier (if applicable).

2. Refund Policy

Because WhatsHelpGPT provides immediate access to digital AI services and incurs upfront API usage costs, we adhere to the following refund terms:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Initial Purchases): If you are not satisfied with WhatsHelpGPT, you may request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to new customers only.
  • Renewal Charges: We do not offer automatic refunds for subscription renewals. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel their subscription prior to the renewal date if they no longer wish to use the service.
  • Prorated Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods (either monthly or annual).

3. Exceptions & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, violation of our Terms of Service (including Meta/WhatsApp API abuse), or excessive refund requests indicating abuse of our 14-day policy.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible 14-day window, please contact our support team at support@whatshelpgpt.com with your account email and purchase receipt. Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though the exact time for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider (processed via our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments).
